Deadline for submitting artwork and payment is August 15, 2022. Email your artwork to chsnaf.toronto.souvenir@gmail.com.
Souvenir Ad Payment
- For Canada-based sponsors/donors, you may: (1) issue a cheque payable to "CHS/HGC USA-CANADA FOUNDATION" to the person who solicited your sponsorship, or (2) e-transfer to chsnaf.toronto.souvenir@gmail.com
- For sponsors/donors outside of Canada, you may: (1) submit your payment to your Chapter Rep, or (2) Zelle to jingee4chs@gmail.com (US banks only), or (3) pay via PayPal/debit/credit card by clicking the PAY HERE button below (NOTE: Clicking on the button below will redirect you to CHSNAF's donation page - please proceed with your payment. Payments for the Souvenir Ads are not considered donations, therefore are not eligible for tax receipts.)
