“The Spirit is Alive in Our Hearts!”
Fellow alumni, we are pleased to share the January 2022 issue of our WE the Alumnae newsletter. This issue comes out as we ended 2021 and welcomed the new year, grateful for both the blessings and the challenges. This January 2022 issue of the WE carries stories about our alumni’s concern and response to the devastation wrought by super typhoon Odette on SSpS communities; about our Christmas “fun”-raiser zoom event “Pasko ng Pag-ibig at Pag-asa” and its partner activity the Pasko sa Punta, Sta. Ana; about the rockin’ Christmas party with our Sisters at the Poinsettia convent; and about CHSAF’s second 9-day Simbang Gabi. Our CHSAF President Ging Ong shares her New Year message. The issue also includes Cora Guidote’s review of the past year, as well as a short write-up on CHSAF Chats which premiered in November, 2021 featuring Atty. Teresita Herbosa. With the all-important Annual General Membership Meeting and the much-awaited 2022 Alumni Homecoming coming up on February 6 and 13, respectively, let us recall how we all came together and pushed on.
